Absolutely wonderful, the young lady who took my wife and I through the bird enclosure was very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of great specimens and would recommend it anyone young or old. Lovely gardens as well.

I'm not sure how much the bird tour costs as i didn't pay but it's a great experience! don't do it if you're afraid of birds. they'll land on your shoulder, head, arms, wherever. if you're nervous stay close to the guide who will waft away any persistent buggers! you can feed them or just take pictures. mind your feet so you don't step on any. 3 bird houses with the first being the most fun/interactive.

My husband and I came here today and were besotted with how beautiful and visually stunning the gardens were - so much so that we want to have our vowels renewed here one day! Frank was lovely enough to show us around the gardens (at every turn there is another stunning pond with birds, lilies, bright amazing flowers etc to the point where we lost count!) and even treated us to seeing three baby Macaws!! He has done an absolutely PHENOMENAL job on the gardens and Avery - I've never seen anything quite like it. The birds were brilliant and would fly right onto your arm with so many species big and small. Our bird guide was really friendly and everyone had a grin from ear to ear patting and feeding these gorgeous birds. Hands down the biggest highlight of our Sunshine Coast trip and an unforgettable experience that we will always remember fondly. Great for families, couples, old and young - 5/5!!!

This is a huge property with beautiful ponds and different gardens. I went on a rainy day, so my friend and I had the whole place to ourselves. It was very lovely to roam around and imagine that this was my estate. I especially liked the fairy garden with all the nomes and fairies. I would have liked to have tea in that garden. I especially liked all the gazibos on the property.

Visited this place for 3 times in last 2 years. Aviary is good but not great. Certain birds seem to be bit worn-out. Seems like money making is the only motive. Gardens are really pathetic. Not maintained at all. Ponds inside are muddy and brown. Flower beds are not maintained at all. Front office staff is really friendly. But seriously need more focus on the garden. Even public free gardens managed by local councils are better than this one. After achieving awards by trip advisor and lack of competition seem to have made management of this place complacent. Sad to see a beautiful land area with lot of potential in a state like this.
